Oakleaf partnership are currently working with a leading law firm to find a HRIS functional lead to join their global team on a 14 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:

  • To understand global and local requirements and represent them within the future processes
  • To work with the technical members of the HR Solution Design team to agree the future strategy for HR processes and decide how they will be delivered in the new HR system (Workday)
  • To ensure an engaging and practical end user experience
  • To support the change and local deployment teams with an accurate 'Fit Gap' for global design versus local requirements and current ways of working
  • To document end to end business processes, describing off system and on system steps
  • To support the business process managers and change team with the development of training materials
  • To support the Test team with the definition of meaningful scenarios and execution of test scripts where required

Skills & experience:

  • Experience in the deployment of Workday
  • Business process reengineering - ability to understand a process from end- to-end and how improvements could be provided by technology
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills across all levels
  • Practical with an ability to identify where the change methodology needs to be flexed to fit the company and programme requirements
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills across all levels and job functions
  • Good understanding of HR challenges to be solved, and requirements for future HR service, processes, and systems globally for their functional area​
