Leading UK media business is looking for an Executive Compensation Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will support the delivery of programmes that enable employee engagement, and operates through a flexible, dynamic but strategic approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce compensation proposals for senior roles
  • Produce analysis and materials for executive meetings
  • Oversee operational delivery of the incentive programmes offered for leaders
  • Develop strong, supportive, and influential relationships with key internal stakeholders ensuring that effective thought leadership and a quality reward output is delivered to the organisation

Requirements:

  • proven track record of managing executive reward for complex, international organisations
  • Ability to lead and deliver high status and projects
  • Share plan experience is desirable, not essential
  • A strong team player, working openly and collaboratively across an international team
