Global Reward Analyst

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced global reward analyst to join a highly respected charity. This role will report to the Global Head of Reward and be responsible for global reward operational activities.

The Global Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Build close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be the key point of contact for global reward queries
  • Support the production of reward policies and materials, keeping an up-to-date knowledge of local legislation
  • Deliver global job evaluations and grading
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Manage and participate in annual salary survey submissions
  • Gender pay gap and other ad hoc reporting
  • Benefits administration
  • Communication of the compensation and benefit programmes to employees

What you must have:

  • Experience in an international reward role
  • Experience delivering on the above competencies
  • Excellent communication
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Ability to build reports and present the information in a clear and concise manner
