I have an exciting opportunity for an interim HR Project Manager at this highly reputable global financial services company. You will partner with their Investment Management division from an HR strategic point of view and support the growth and transformation of their investment capabilities from a People perspective. Working closely with the Senior Leaders you will be developing the OD, culture and employee experience of the business. You will be working directly with the Investment Management team to develop and roll out HR initiatives and will collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure the smooth delivery of all strategic objectives. This is a fantastic role where you really can make a difference!

Length: 12 month FTC

Hybrid working

Salary: paying up to £85,000 plus benefits and bonus, with some flexibility on the base

Accountabilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives focusing on the People agenda
  • Developing relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives, analyse and develop solutions to ensure goals can be achieved
  • Assisting key stakeholders with the development of the function and skillsets of individual members of the team
  • Working closely with the Head to evolve people processes and structures, identifying gaps for continuous improvement
  • Leading strategic initiatives and programmes with regards to the People focus
  • Developing and maintaining presentation content and collateral to support the strategic initiatives across the group
  • Providing reports to senior management to support decision making
  • Facilitating workshops, training sessions and other meetings

Skills and Experience

  • To be considered for this role, you must have a strong HR background and HR project management experience
  • You must have worked within Financial Services. Investment Management experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrate strong delivery skills through collaboration with all areas of an organisation
  • Ability to work well under pressure, used to working to tight deadlines and being able to pivot in a changing environment
