HR Transactional Team Leader

Permanent HR Team Leader based in Gateshead

Hays HR is working for your tomorrow, and has had the pleasure of registering a HR Team Leader role on a permanent basis based in Gateshead, North East. The role will require you to be based on site 5 days a week to oversee the HR Administration team. This is a fast paced organisation who has been growing over recent years and has plans for future growth and expansion across the UK.

Your new role

Within your new role you will be the line manager of the HR Administration team ensuring the transactional team is meeting targets and supporting the long term development of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the successful delivery of the transactional support team based within the HR Team
• Managing a team of administrators
• Deliver and support high volume admin duties
• Supporting and developing the team to deliver on outputs and hit KPIs
• Provide training within your team
• Influence and implement working practices
• Ad-hoc work
• Help the team prioritise/ manage the workload and audit the work
  

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful within this role you will need experience with the following:

• Able to demonstrate successful managing a team
• Experience delivering and achieving outputs on a daily and monthly KPI target
• Strong experience with Excel and Word
• Confident to deliver training and influence within the organisation
