Recruitment Specialist | Hybrid | Central London | Full time | £50K
We are pleased to be partnering with our Care client on a retained basis in their search for a Recruitment Specialist to join them on a full-time permanent basis in London.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will assist with the design, implementation, and sourcing of a new recruitment strategy as well as supporting resourcing efforts for teams across the company.
The role will require close collaboration with hiring managers to support the filling of vacancies and reduce the use of agencies. This will include training hiring managers on best practices and legislation. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a recruiting tracker tool and generating weekly and monthly reporting.
In conjunction with the Head of Marketing and Communications, utilize all relevant social media channels and ensure all information is up to date and accurate, engaging and working closely with job centres, colleges, hospitals, and other professionals involved in recruitment, including arranging and overseeing open days.
Using Labour Market Profiles as a sourcing approach, you will evaluate local labour markets to enable better recruitment as well as competitor analysis.
You will also oversee compliance with Right to Work and DBS checks.
