Oakleaf Partnership are looking for a People Coordinator to join a big player in the Fintech space. This hugely successful bank is completely digital, offering financial services to small to medium businesses throughout the UK. There are several offices but this role with sit within a centralised hub in Manchester city centre.

This is a busy role working in a small team to manage a shared inbox of HR enquires, covering the full employee lifecycle. The business will have a new ATS, and onboarding will fall under this role's responsibilities too. There has been great change and growth within the business, meaning this position is an addition to an already impressive team. Although in a heavy regulated environment, our client puts emphasis on driving a great culture with approachable and down to earth leaders.

Ongoing development is very important to our client and CIPD qualifications will be supported. Ideally, the right person will have at least 6 months of HR experience, but strong administrative skills are imperative.

Day to day duties include:

  • Being the SME for the HRIS and coaching colleagues and managers on how to follow processes
  • Assisting with onboarding, creating contracts, letter writing, and being a positive face of the company for new starters
  • Helping to coordinate training programmes, organising learning material, and preparing for L&D events throughout the year
  • Rewriting policies and procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy and detail
  • Collating data for MI reports
  • Ensuring compliance is a priority and is always up to date

The business operates on a hybrid model working 3 days in the office, but flexibility can be accommodated. The salary is circa £24,000 and the client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible (notice period is expected).
