HR Co-ordinator

Ashley Kate are pleased to be working alongside our Global manufacturing client in the Rotherham area. We are recruiting for a HR Co-ordinator to join their team. We seek a self-sufficient professional, who can join this team in providing a quality and responsive HR service to their workforce.
 
·First point of contact for HR queries including phone or email advice
·Supporting the entire employee life cycle, including starters/leavers, contractual changes, resourcing, developing job ads, supporting with organising interviewing and new starter paperwork
·Advice and Guidance on employee relations, disciplinary & grievance investigations
·Supporting with identifying training needs with managers, identifying providers and organising training co-ordination.
·Maintaining the HR system, and managing HR metrics/Data and reporting to management
 
To be considered you will be an experience HR Co-ordinator or a strong HR Assistant seeking the next step in your career. Ideally you will be working towards a CIPD qualification.
