The Opportunity:

You will work closely with key senior stakeholders across the UK&I business to support the delivery of world-class and industry leading attraction strategies. You'll Implement and maintain industry leading assessment and selection processes further positioning Hays as the Employer of Choice in the UK&I. Manage an end-to-end recruitment process to secure and retain high quality talent in the UK&I. Ensuring a high quality candidate experience during the selection & on boarding process.

To succeed, we're looking for someone who demonstrates behaviours that support and reflect the Hays values with sound experience working in a recruitment position. You'll have a commercial and innovative approach to internal recruitment, excellent personal presentation and communication skills. You'll also have strong influencing skills, strong presence and personal credibility teamed with complete discretion and confidentiality.
