Oakleaf Partnership are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our huge, global, and well-respected insurance client on a 12 month FTC covering mat leave. This role requires end to end recruitment of junior to mid-level roles and will support the Talent Partners with Senior/Exec positions, so stakeholder management is key. The existing team are efficient with experienced and friendly leaders.

There are many arms and partners of the business covering a variety of insurance solutions, ranging from commercial health & life insurance to niche specialisms. Typical roles you can expect to source for are Underwriters and Corporate functions across these fields.

Day to day duties include:

  • Taking job requirements from hiring managers and setting up vacancies on the ATS
  • Direct sourcing, pipelining passive candidates, and managing own talent pool
  • Screening incoming applications and arranging interviews
  • Providing salary insights and trends from the market to reflect expectations
  • Being creative with sourcing, although LinkedIn and job boards are available
  • Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates

The business operates on a hybrid model and the salary is up to £40,000 and the client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible with interviews happening immediately. You will get access to company benefits during the fixed term contract.
