Interim People and OD Manager
18 month contract
Can be part time or full time
The client is a small Not for Profit in the West Midlands
As Interim People and OD Manager you will be responsible for pushing forward the People and culture agenda across the business, specifically focusing on culture change projects, learning and development, organisational development and EDI.
You will coach and guide people managers and senior stakeholders on their people/L&D capabilities in order to develop the business into a more modern place to work.
The successful candidate will be available to start in the next couple of weeks, able to commute to Warwick 1-2 days per week and with solid experience in L&D, OD and EDI.
You will have strong stakeholder management skills and strong change management experience.
