HR Advisory Lead | 12 Month FTC | Remote Contract | £45,000

YOUR NEW COMPANY
An International, well-regarded and reputable professional services organisation are seeking to recruit a HR Advisory Lead to join their People Operations team. This is a home working contract with a requirement to visit the Watford or Birmingham hub locations for team meetings once per month with expensed travel. This role is initially on an 12 month fixed term contract with the opportunity to become permanent.

YOUR NEW ROLE
In this role you will have responsibility for directing and managing a team of HR advisors to ensure all ER casework for the division is controlled and managed effectively. Working closely with the HR Operations Manager, HR Lead and HR Business Partners to deliver a high level of service & customer experience. You'll also support complex ER cases and escalations operationally as needed. You'll use your strong ability to build relationships in order to successfully partner the performance leaders and mangers across the audit function to provide a strong advisory service utilising your technical ER expertise. There will also be a requirement to support key change projects

Strong Technical ER and HR operational knowledge and experience
Proactive and added value approach to team management
Excellent Stakeholder Management
Proven ability to anticipate and resolve complex scenarios and to be agile when necessary, at short notice and under pressure
Excellent communication and presenting skills
Strong project and change management skills
Resilience
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
