Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be working with our leading manufacturing client in the high peak area in recruiting for a HR Assistant on an interim basis for approx 2 months to support during a busy period. This is a varied and exciting role for a candidate who is a self starter! Strong in communication! And enjoys an element of autonomy!
My client has sites UK wide,  this role will cover 2 sites in the area, however this role will be based at their Chinley site.
The role:
My client is seeking an experienced HR Assistant/Co-ordinator who has previous experience of working within a busy HR function, ideally within blue collar.
The role is very fast paced, and will involve a varied workload around ER support and note taking, correspondence and co-ordination of meetings, management of HR systems & data, absence reporting, Payroll processing,  Recruitment -  interviewing and their full on boarding process as this site is growing!!
The role will support the HR officer and HR Manager in providing an excellent HR service to their staff on site.
To be considered you will have previous experience at this level! You will have strong organisational skills, and be able to communicate well with management and staff at all levels, strong Excel and office skills required. An immediate start is required. This is a fantastic opportunity offering up to £25000 DEO
