Macmillan Davies are supporting our client, an International Consultancy, in their search for a HR Reporting and Analytics professional to join them on a permanent basis

This will be based in the City of London with one day a week on site

This is an integral role, working closely with the relevant business lines as well as various senior stakeholders relating to projects. This is a full-time role.

Accountabilities include:

* Creating regular and ad-hoc reports reporting on MI across various clients and internal HR divisions.
* Analysing and clearly presenting data and other information to identify significant trends or key issues / opportunities
* Organising talent MI work in a way that appropriately prioritises the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Establishing credibility with clients by demonstrating an understanding of their business environment and key talent MI needs
To be successful in this role you will need a good track record of producing data for clients and internal stakeholders. You will be skilled in Excel and Power BI and have the ability to build dashboards and presentations. Strong communication skills are required to explain data/trends whilst also advising stakeholders on how to approach and obtain the information and data required.
