Frazer Jones is now working with a well-known games and technology firm based in West London. We are now looking to speak Benefits Systems Implementation Specialist that are keen to progress into working with a global team. This is a 12-month FTC with the view to go permanent. As the Benefits Systems Implementation Specialist, you are expected to work closely with the Head of Benefits in providing an implementation service to wider technology group. You will be involved in working with Benefits team on all aspects of the rollout of a new benefits platform across Europe.

This role will be hybrid working, the team currently do 1-2 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for acting as the guru in implementation, confidently navigating within a complex environment, and will work well with ambiguity across Benefits.
  • Ensure the financial administration for all benefit and compensation costs is running smoothly, e.g. tracking costs, raising purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliations, resolving queries from Finance and Accounts Payable
  • Maintain close relationships with partners in the Finance and AP team
  • Maintain annual communications calendar. Plan, create and issue targeted communications across UK&I, International and Group Functions to drive engagement in employee benefits, utilising internal and provider resources as appropriate to design engaging and informative communications
  • Demonstrate strong HRIS knowledge, the ability to roll out a benefits platform whilst working with the Head of Benefits and the wider HR team.
  • Work with our benefits system provider to ensure that all benefit reports are accurate and prepare them for payroll processing
  • Responsibility for reviewing and resolving data and reporting issues with the providers

Skills:

  • Significant previous experience of implementing online benefit platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of employee benefits, regulations and legislative requirements and ability to apply these in the context of role with broader HR policies and objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex reporting requirements and technical aspects of online benefits delivery
  • Strong experience in optimising benefits processes and translating them into system suitable workflows.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge with proven analytical skills and good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate analysis, and insights from data
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely
