Interim HR Business Partner job - financial services
Join a leading asset management business in an interim capacity for 4-6 months. Working as part of a small team, and reporting to the People Director, you will be responsible for a generalist remit overseeing recruitment and onboarding, performance, L&D, compensation and benefits and ER in an often fast paced and ambiguous environment.
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have proven experience of working at a senior level in HR within an asset management or private equity backed business. You will have worked across a generalist remit and will be happy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in with administrative duties as required. You will have excellent attention to detail and excel skills and be available to start a new role immediately, working from the London office 3-4 days per week.
