Oakleaf Parntership are delighted to be working once again with a lovely not for profit organisation in Slough, as they look to recruit a new role for them of HR Advisor.

This is a tru generalist role, so they would really like to have someone who is CIPD level 5 qualified. The role will include some employee relations mostly in relation to sickness over anything else. Some of the managers will need some support and training around this.

They have had a new HR system installed, so someone who is analytical and able to interpret data would be fantastic.

You will also be involved with some recruitment in this role, as well as some really interesting project work as the organisation modernises, with potential international expansion and some focus on ED&I.

This is a relatively new team, but it is very inclusive and friendly. They operate on a hybrid working model and tend to work 1 day per week in the office.
