This hands-on role has a split focus; Roll out the HR strategy and be a 'true' business partner to the senior leadership team. Ensure a 'best in class' operational HR service is provided to the organisation.

Supporting the HR Manager, you will be a trusted partner to stakeholders across the southern region, ensuring people plans are delivered, providing training and guidance to managers on all things HR, whilst providing HR/ER advice, policy writing, MI reporting, score-carding, and support on various other business-wide projects and communications.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills are required, as is the ability to 'get into the detail' and produce meaningful MI and statistical information to help aid business decisions.

You must be a whizz with Systems (Excel in particular), be able to quickly build strong, robust and collaborative relationships with people at all levels, possess strong Employment Law knowledge and, be comfortable in a fast paced change environment.

This position is hybrid based, with 1-2 days traveling to head office or southern sites each week
