Job Details
We are partnering with a global wealth management firm on a Senior Pensions and Benefits Analyst opportunity.
This is a permanent role based in Bracknell. You will act as the key point of contact for all pension related matters as well as supporting the team on wider reward activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily administration and communication of all updated pension schemes to new joiners, payroll, finance, as well as scheme leavers
- Business partnering with external stakeholders such as HMRC, scheme administrators and regulators, providers and actuaries on matters relating to pension
- Acting as the secretary to the trustees of the DB scheme including meetings arrangement and documentations
- Completing all annual enrolment and re-enrolment process as well as regulatory returns for the business
- Conducting due diligence and analysis on all pension arrangements
- Participating in activities relating to the wider reward team including answering queries and acting as the point of contact on any pension and benefit queries
The right candidate will have good working Pensions knowledge, experience in a financial services setting is ideal. You will be analytical and enjoy working as a team. For more information or to be considered, please apply.
