Job Details
We are actively recruiting for a Head of Reward to join our client on a full time permanent basis.
Reporting to the HR Director, this is a new role , where you will lead the design and implementation of compensation strategies that support their goals and objectives. This position will play a key role in the planning, design and administration of employee compensation, incentive and benefit programs such as the annual performance and salary review, benchmarking, executive compensation, share schemes, payroll death-in-service, pensions and company wide private medical insurance plans.
You will have 3 direct reports across HRIS and Payroll and so it is essential that you have a proven background in leading managers.
About you
Previous experience in a senior Reward role managing teams is essential.
Ideally you will MCIPD qualified or equivalent
Highly numerical, analytical with strong attention to detail
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong data/ excel skills - essential.
About the role
Strong remuneration and reward, including but not limited to; Incentive Schemes, auto-enrolment, pensions, payroll, Employee Benefits schemes,EVP, performance management
Administering the annual salary benchmarking review, analysing data and providing insights to the Exec and HRIS and Payroll team
Analysing and preparing data and reports for the board
Complete monthly and annual benefits administration (including the pension scheme), ensuring accurate and timely processes are followed
Act as a point of contact for the benefits providers, and any other providers, as well as the Company's employees, raising queries to resolve issues and responding to questions.
Promote the Company's benefits programme as part of the employee's total reward package and when guiding employees thought life events.
Manage the activities around employee performance management review, tracking, metrics, and engagement/compliance
Reviewing and updating remuneration policies ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations
Management of budgets
Conduct periodic pay surveys; conducting job evaluations; support other changes to colleague reward structures
Maintain employee benefits programs; recommend changes to benefit programs to SLT.
