As Early Careers Recruiter you will deliver and support the graduate consultant recruitment campaigns in the EMEA region. You will partner with stakeholders and assume full responsible for the progamme.

Description

• Manage the recruitment process from requisition through to attraction, selection and offer

• Support with event management, attending and coordinating relevant campus job fairs, student groups, faculty contacts to raise brand proposition during recruitment peak season as well as on an on-going basis

• Supporting with overall marketing activity, including content on job boards and external agencies

• Manage the Early Careers inbox, signposting emails to colleagues if needed and answering candidate communications

• Ensure that all recruitment is diligently managed on recruitment system (Workday) - from the creation of a vacancy to the completion of a successful hire

• Scheduling and coordinating final round interviews, providing a seamless experience to both candidate and business assessor

Profile

• Demonstrable experience managing graduate recruitment campaigns from beginning to end
• Experience recruiting with EMEA
• Strong stakeholder management
