Our Education client in Leicestershire are currently looking for some Senior Interim HR Support to assist across a number of projects the next 4-6 months.
Your new role
Working closely with the HR Director there are a number of project areas requiring support dependent on your experience and preference including: -
- Autumn staff survey - compiling & analysing results
- Holiday pay review based on new legislation
- Gender & race pay gap
- Organisation wide pay & T&C's review
- Benefits & Reward review
Due to the nature of the role and Team ethic the setting would prefer a candidate to be site based and can offer dynamic working with 2 days a week from home
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for professional HR interims who ideally have experience within the Education or similar sectors and have recent experience in pay/benefit/T&C's reviews with a thorough and up date knowledge of employment law and legislation changes.
