Part-Time Recruitment and Talent Advisor (25 hours a week)

This is an exciting, interim opportunity to join a non-profit organisation within the energy sector as a Recruitment and Talent Advisor. This is a interim opportunity, and is part-time (25 hours a week). Candidates looking to apply must be immediately available or on no more than a one week notice period. My client is looking to appoint recruitment specialists with experience of recruiting in media, advertising or creative industries.

Their HR team is a small yet ambitious team, and work closely together. This is a small non-profit organisation of around 70 employees. They are offering part-time (25 hours a week) hybrid working (1 - 2 days a week in the London office).

Your new role

As the Recruitment and Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across the non-profit organisation. This is a standalone Recruitment role reporting to the Deputy Director of People. On average you will be responsible for managing 9 - 10 campaigns at a time, including roles within marketing, PR, cooperate affairs, and operations. Whilst reporting to the Deputy Director of People, you will be working closely with the hiring managers to provide recruitment services such as drafting job adverts, advising on sourcing strategies, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process. In addition to this, you will build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a knowledgeable hands-on recruitment life cycle, that meets needs of the organisation. The recruitment process within this organisation is manual and there is no ATS. Experience producing reports and data will be highly beneficial.

What you will need to succeed

  • Specialist in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
  • Recruitment experience within media, advertising and creative industry is highly advantageous
  • Ability to establish relationships quickly
  • Positive influencing ability
  • Ability to stick to deadlines and prioritising
  • Available to start ASAP or within 1 weeks' notice period
  • Able to commit to a 6 month interim assignment
