Ashley Kate are looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer looking for a fresh challenge with a leading Health and Social Care business in Tamworth, on a permanent basis.  
Reporting into the HR Manager you will be involved in the full employee life cycle, including Employee Relations and operating across a multi site environment where constant change is happening. It is important that you are confident in terms of coaching managers and ideally you will have been involved in TUPE activity.  
Senior HR Officer - About you
It is essential that you have used have strong experience across working on HRIS and strong excel skills are needed
An exceptional 'can do' attitude being naturally friendly and approachable
You must have a proven background in policies and procedures, Employee Relations and CIPD Level 5 qualified.
We are looking for someone who can work at pace to changing priorities, someone who is a go getter with drive, who can really drive the HR function forward. We are looking for someone who is confident to be pro-active in the role, who will use their initiative to raise process improvements to the wider team, and someone who is happy to be involved in all aspects and duties at Senior HR Officer level.
