Your new job

In your new job as HR Adviser, you will provide a comprehensive HR Advisory service to stakeholders across the business. The duties within this role will be very generalist covering recruitment activity, absence management, performance management, coaching on advising managers on ER related issues, data reporting, wellbeing, and engagement. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for development and to be involved with the strategic side with various projects coming up. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, be resilient and have the ability to work within a fast-paced working environment. This role is going to be instrumental in building up the culture within the organisation.
