Job Details

Oakleaf Partnership are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global client in the legal sector. This is a full-service law firm that works a vast range of clients across all industries, tackling current affairs and international topics. Despite having a worldwide presence, there is a great culture with close knit teams.

The business has several offices in the UK, but this new role will be based in Manchester. Alongside the Head of Recruitment, you'd look after business support, head office, and junior positions within law - circa 300 colleagues. Working very closely with the wider HR function, the team will alleviate their previous recruitment responsibilities and take ownership of the process start to finish.

The right person could come from an agency or in-house background, as long as stakeholder management has been a priority.

Day to day duties include:

  • Taking job requirements from hiring managers and setting up vacancies on the ATS
  • Direct sourcing, pipelining passive candidates, and managing own talent pool
  • Screening incoming applications and arranging interviews
  • Providing salary insights and trends from the market to reflect expectations
  • Being creative with sourcing, although LinkedIn and job boards are available
  • Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates

The business operates on a hybrid model working 3 days in the office, but flexibility can be accommodated. The salary is up to £33,000 and the client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible (notice period is expected).
