A leading law firm are looking for a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Executive to join their team. This role will form a part of the Responsible Business Team and will primarily be responsible for internal facing DEI activity. This role will report into the Head of Responsible Business and will work closely to the ESG Partner Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implementation of DEIB Strategy.
* Manages implementation of DEIB Action Plans.
* Responsible for developing the firms systems and processes in relation to DEIB + Wellbeing.
* Work closely with L&D team to ensure DEIB principles are woven into relevant Learning Programmes.
* Work with Recruitment team to ensure DEIB principles are being implemented.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Manage reporting and tracking data.
* Manager 3rd party relationships.
As Diversity Equity and Inclusion Executive, you will possess:
* Well-developed project management skills
* Sound working knowledge of the key issues and trends in DEIB and common areas of best practice
* Experience of implementing new initiatives, programmes and events (including navigating internal approval & consultation structures)
* Experience of planning and chairing meetings involving senior stakeholders
* Experience in managing Charitable Giving and Pro Bono Programmes
* Sound understanding of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Experience in writing brief business proposals (to support the implementation of new ideas/initiatives)
* Exceptional relationship building skills to support collaboration across the firm
