Description
As Employee Relations Manager you will be responsible for;
- Work closely with POD and transformation work stream
- Union negotiations
- Support the development of industrial relations agenda
- Liaise with external legal providers and lead on all complex case resolution
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven track record in ER focused role
- MUST have union experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level
- Worked on a large change project
