The client is a large FM business

Description

As Employee Relations Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Work closely with POD and transformation work stream
  • Union negotiations
  • Support the development of industrial relations agenda
  • Liaise with external legal providers and lead on all complex case resolution

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Proven track record in ER focused role
  • MUST have union experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level
  • Worked on a large change project
