Client Details
The client is a large UK construction business
Description
As HR Systems and Insights Manager you will be responsible for;
- Maintain the HR IT infrastructure
- Provide HR insights and able to create a story for the data
- Partner with HR leadership team to understand data requirements
- Provide accurate data to ensure business is making data driven decisions
- Partner with IT, Finance, Payroll to ensure integrity of systems
- Support annual salary/bonus review
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have solid experience in a similar HR data analytics/MI reporting role
- Strong excel, PowerBi skills
- Experience developing HR MI reports
- Experience using tier 3 HR system
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is;
- 65-70k
- Car allowance c. 4.5k
- BUPA
- 26 days + BHs
- Pension - employer 10%, employee 5%
- 10% performance related bonus
