Job Details

Frazer Jones are partnering with a leading financial services business based in the heart of London. This is a highly established global business that has been operating in the market for more than 100 years. They are currently hiring into their HRIS team of 5. The business is offering fantastic career development opportunities, including the opportunity to become an expert in Workday. The company has 4000 employees across over 50 offices.

Working as the HRIS Analyst, you'll be reporting to the HRIS Manager who will give you all the training and support you need along with your 3 colleagues. You will support with Workday updates, contribute to various projects, and resolve system related queries in the role. The company uses the majority of the Workday modules and you'll work closely alongside a team of Business Analysts. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Workday configurations
  • Implementing new modules
  • Improving existing Workday features and processes
  • Resolving HRIS queries
  • Managing various stakeholder relationships
  • Delivering on various HRIS projects with the opportunity in the future to project manage
  • Supporting with reporting and analytics via Workday, Excel and various reporting tools
  • Bi-annual Workday updates
  • Fulfilling data requests and ensuring data integrity

This is a Workday position but the hiring manager will consider HRIS experience across any system for this role. So this is a unique opportunity for someone to learn Workday or for someone who has gained a couple of years experience in Workday and wants to refine their skills further and get more involved in project work. The opportunity will also consider Business Analysts or general systems professionals that are keen to develop a career in HR systems. Ideally, to be considered for this role, you will have strong academics, excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and be a meticulous problem solver. The ability to manage stakeholder relationships and be organised with a varied workload is also key.

The role will pay up to £50k plus a bonus and a comprehensive wider benefits package. This is a great opportunity to develop skills in Workday and extensive career development opportunities will be on offer. If you're interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search.
