Your new role
To develop and existing Recruitment team providing talent solutions to a group of companies based across the UK. Working operationally you'll optimise existing resources currently providing recruitment services to senior leaders and line managers. You'll also work strategically in a number of areas including:
Driving efficiency and process improvement for recruitment.
Lead a ATS recruitment system implementation.
Develop graduate and apprentice recruitment across the group.
Impact and evolve employer branding to drive attraction forward.
Benchmark with senior stakeholders to support retention and succession.
Mentor and coach a small recruitment team.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have worked in a similar job where you'd led recruitment related projects, continuous improvement and provided end to end recruitment services inhouse.
System implementation and early years recruitment campaign experience is preferred.
Be willing to work in North Leeds for the majority of your working week.

This job comes with a basic salary up to £60k, car allowance of £7,500, private health insurance and a bonus to 15%.
