You will join a collaborative and buzzing team that have autonomy in their roles, heaps of enthusiasm with excellent customer service and total support and partnership from the hiring managers.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be sourcing and attracting talent internally and externally, whilst providing a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a timely and responsive end-to-end recruitment process for UK and Europe: creating hire briefs and job specs with managers for high volume or specialist roles; sourcing; benchmarking; interviewing; making offers; onboarding.
* Manage applicant tracking system and building candidate pipelines and talent pools
* Manage agency and supplier relationships
* Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure positive candidate experience throughout process.
* Assist with graduate recruitment strategy for our Research department, maintaining relationships with universities, organising and attending Careers Fairs.
* Manage recruitment administration

Additional skills:

* Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred)
* Demonstrable work experience in end-to-end recruitment role (internal or agency)
* Language skills: French, German or Spanish (preferred)
* Positive 'can do' attitude
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Knowledge of commercial real estate sector
