Job Details

Job Title: Interim HR Business Partner
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Location: Remote
Contract Type: 3 month FTC
 
My client is an award winning management service provider with sites across the UK. Due to a restructure they are recruiting for an interim HR Business Partner to support their team. You will be responsible for providing first hand support to senior management to help develop high performing teams, support managers on highly complex employee relation cases and support the delivery of the organisational transformation.
 
The Role
 
You will be partnering with management to enforce high-performance culture and delivery of new initiatives and business opportunities
 
Developing talent and succession plans and ensure employees are trained to carry out their job to a high standard and provide a high level of customer experience
 
You will be coaching and training your client group to understand and deliver HR policies and the employee proposition
 
Acting as an advocate for the business - developing employee engagement and improvement plans resulting in a demonstrable increase in employee engagement scores
 
Manage development of your teams to improve employee experience including workforce planning to reflect future business plans, and ensure any recruitment meets the high requirements
 
Manage a high standard of Employee Relation support including complex disciplinary & grievance issues and tribunals
 
Carry out monthly board and client group reporting to identify strategic trend improvements to add to the continuous improvement plan
 
Lead on the change and improvement programmes across the business to ensure effective engagement with the wider Talent and HR team.
 
About You - HR Business Partner
 
You will have demonstrated experience partnering with management and influencing strategy within the business
You will be commercially minded and able to use data and insights to make strategic business decisions
You will have experience in managing complex ER cases
You will be able to identify process inefficiencies  
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
