HR and Training Coordinator - Gainsborough / North of Lincoln / South of Scunthorpe / Market Rasen - HYBRID WORKING - upto £27000 DOE and qualifications.

Your new role
This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join a supportive, friendly team and develop their career. As the company grows you will support the HR Business Partner and the Learning & Development Manager with the streamlining of the HR and L&D service to all employees.

You will support the HR Business Partner with day-to-day HR and employee lifecycle duties - from recruitment, enhancing the worker journey and career development / probations /reviews and performance reviews . This will include recruitment activities, onboarding processes, probation journeys, employee assistance, managing onsite communications and all related HR administrative tasks. You will also get the opportunity to assist with monthly reporting & analysis and other HR projects that the HRBP is involved in from the group level.

You will also support the L&D Manager with the further development of the L&D offering by monitoring and updating the Training Matrix, assisting and diarising Line Managers reviews with employees, assisting with producing and planning training plans.

Working in a busy and fast paced environment, you will be given the opportunity to progress and develop your career - and in the future can take on more responsibilities within HR or L&D/Training.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant will ideally possess an administrative/processes background in a HR and / or Training (Learning and Development) environment.
Be CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards (or want to start shortly).
Alternatively, a strong administrative and/or Coordination background with demonstrated interest in pursuing a HR/LandD career.
Strong IT skills including Excel

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set - from £25000 to £27000.
Flexible working - this is a full time Monday to Friday role. (4 days a week maybe considered for the right person)
Hybrid working - mix of office and home 25 days holiday plus the bank holidays
