Resourcing Manager

Your new company
This organisation are a non-profit specialising in biomedical research. They employ over 2,000 staff and students and work closely with a variety of health-related charitable organisations to improve knowledge, awareness, and treatments for various illnesses.

Your new role
Leading on the development of the organisation's recruitment processes, your key responsibilities will include:

• Determine and define what resourcing best practice looks like for the organisation
• Work closely with the HR Operations Manager to develop and implement the resourcing strategy and objectives
• Develop and implement a PSL agreement, managing relationships with external suppliers
• Work closely with the ED&I team to ensure ED&I strategies are being implemented into recruitment practices
• Line management of 1 Resourcing Coordinator

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have:

• Strong experience having lead on developing resourcing best practices
• Identifying best methods of talent attraction
• Extensive knowledge of resourcing policy and procedure
