Are you a Senior HR Business Partner looking for a new and exiting challenge? Are you "hands on", innovative and creative? Would you like to work for an organisation going through an exciting period of positive change?

My client, a large player in the transport industry, are looking for a Head of HR to join them to lead Cymru and the West of England. Responsible for one HRBP (and the ability to grow the team), you will bring innovation, enthusiasm, and solutions to the table.

This role requires someone who doesn't just contribute ideas or suggestions but takes the lead and "get's stuff done".

Some of the main duties in your role will involve:

What do you need to apply?

• You will be solutions orientated and creative in your approach to current workforce challenges
• Have a "hands on" style of management and be willing to get involved
• Ideally have worked in a similar role in a blue-collar environment
• Ideally CIPD qualified
• Based in a location where you can regularly go to the Bristol locations
