What will you be doing?
A key member of a high performing reward consulting team, as Executive Remuneration Manager, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional advisory services to a diverse ranges of clients and industries on their executive remuneration packaging and modelling. From Benchmarking to LTI design, Annual Report writing to Governance advisory, this exciting exec comp opportunity means no one day will be the same!
What background do you have?
You have solid corporate or consulting based executive reward experience (>5 years), including board and executive incentive and share-based remuneration arrangements. You bring a solid understanding of tax-related consequences of share-based equity instruments and are across remuneration governance in listed environments. Australian, UK or South African experience all valued.
Your communication skills are mature and you're comfortable at Exec audience level and partnering with various corporate functions – Finance, CoSec, Risk etc … Balancing attention to detail with the bigger commercial picture are second nature, and your project management skills are well developed.
