Your new role
As a Recruitment Manager, you will report to the Resource Manager and will be responsible for designing and developing attractive recruitment adverts and campaigns and promotional materials. You will be experienced in advertising and sourcing using social media to attract a diverse talent pool and build upon that talent pool to recruit support staff roles, you will be responsible for the end-end recruitment and selection process:
Responsibilities will include:
Design and develop recruitment initiatives.
Implement recruitment campaigns.
Design recruitment and selection processes
Train managers on recruitment and selection best practice
Deliver presentations and workshops to prospective employees
Manage and develop a small recruitment team.



What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience managing the end-end recruitment and selection process, ideally within an In-house role as well as an agency background. You will ideally have recruited for head office roles. You will ideally have managed a small team or have had indirect reports into you.
