Job Details
We are actively recruiting for an Regional HR Manager to join our hospitality client on a full time permanent basis to cover the South region across Hampshire and Berkshire.
You will play a key leadership role in the development of culture throughout the sites within your assigned cluster, playing a key part in improving the quality of their people through recruitment and development and all the associated key processes.
About the role
·Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with the business objectives that are for the good for your region
·Embed and maintain all HR standards across the region to the levels agreed in the HR working practice, HR policy manual and others as communicated from time to time.
·Working closely with the HR Officer Central Services Hub, acting upon reporting and analysis provided by them.
·Delivers sound results by problem solving, and leveraging efforts whenever possible.
·Drives ideas and supports the implementation of employee engagement activities, including wellbeing.
·Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and managerial talent acquisition.
·Be actively involved in people development, - future leaders pipeline (supervisory to first line management).
·Develop and coach Managers / HODs to ensure they are developing their skills and adding maximum value in line with business objectives.
·Advise General Managers on employee relations issues and act as Company representative for grievance / disciplinary and dismissal procedures as appropriate to the severity and complexity of the situation and prepare and present in employment tribunal.
This is a fast-paced nationally multi sited business where their core values sit at the heart of their business. Preferably you will have a hospitality background, however, other sectors such as retail and facilities will be considered.
