Accounts Payable Assistant

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a huge brand as they look to recruit for a permanent Accounts Payable Assistant.
 
AP Assistant/ Perm - full time / Battersea - Hybrid working available / up to circa £25k / Excellent benefits.
 
The role will provide day to day assistance in ensuring that financial reporting procedures operate in a timely and efficient manner with the addition of general administrative duties.
 
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
 
- Processing high volumes of invoices/credit notes and ensuring they match and are coded onto the system.
- Controlling the purchasing of products and services from external suppliers.
- Statement reconciliation on various purchase accounts.
- Ad hoc administrative duties.
 
We are looking for:
 
- Previous experience gained in a similar role.
- Excellent computer skills, efficient with MS Word and Excel.
- Great communication skills and have an eye for numbers.
- Extremely detail-orientated, organised and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently where required with initiative.
