You will be working for a global Real Estate and Property company based in London.

Description

The Recruitment and HR Advisor will manage the recruitment function and support the Senior HR Manager and the HR team by providing efficient administrative support throughout the full recruitment and employee life-cycle.

The key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process across the team. This will include scoping job roles, salary bench-marking, managing adverts, screening calls all the way to offer stage
  • Offer first class talent support to the company in a timely and efficient manner whilst keeping stakeholders and hiring managers regularly updated
  • Proactive candidate management and creating talent pools
  • Ensuring a consistent recruitment process that promotes employee values
  • Training and developing managers in their interview style and process

Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in an HR/Recruitment administrative or coordination role
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Proven attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude with a proactive mind-set
  • Team player, with an ability to manage stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise and multi task

Job Offer

This is a permanent opportunity to join a global Real Estate and Property company based in London.

  • Competitive salary paying up to £35,000 for the right candidate.
  • Hybrid working available (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
  • Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm
