Reporting to the Head of HR and the Head of L&D, this Early talent manager role will play an integral part in attracting and recruiting high-calibre trainees into the firm and assisting with the effective management of their development programme.
As the Early talent manager, you will be managing the end-to-end recruitment of graduate trainees and summer students, taking responsibility for the full process including firm's early talent vacation schemes.
This is a fanatic opportunity for you to design and implement the firm's attraction strategy and help generate new ideas that will help support the function. This role will also have responsibility for managing 5 junior members of the team.
Ideally, you will have experience within the accounting and audit industry, however, they will consider candidates with wider professional service experience.
