Our global client in the Manchester area is looking for an experienced HR, People & Culture Professional to come on board and join the busy HR function. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the view to go permanent.
Do you have experience of HR, recruitment & training within a fast paced organisation? Are you a highly organised, proactive and driven HR Generalist?
My client seeks a strong HR Specialist to manage all recruitment and on boarding for the company, training & Development, ad hoc HR project - this will include policy and benefits reviews and updates, and maintaining HR systems and data management. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, influencing guiding and coaching with an emphasis on management development, a strong relationships builder and influencer would really suit this role! You will be providing a wide range of Advice for management on a wide range of ER case management, and supported businesses through to Tribunal.
The role is hybrid based from home 3 days a week and in the Didsbury office 2 days a week (Flexible) with a remit of 3 UK & IRE sites. My client is looking for an ambitious HR professional to come on board during a period of growth.
