My client is looking for a HR Advisor, to join the team based in Stockport. The HR Advisor role is a key position within their growing HR team and the position will have a pivotal role to play in helping to grow and shape the HR function.

Description

The key responsibilities of this role will be to provide advice and guidance to HR stakeholders and ensure that day to day HR operations are carried out effectively and efficiently in line with relevant legislation and company values.

You will provide advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including performance management, disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and compliance.

Profile

The successful candidate will have minimum of two years' experience as a HR Generalist / Advisor and Qualified to CIPD level 5 in Human Resources and have up to date knowledge on employment law. You will be a forward thinker with a willingness to progress and develop.
