Client Details
You will be working for a well established global property company based in stunning offices in London.
Description
As HR Advisor you will provide all-round extensive support to the HR Director with administration, recruitment, immigration, employee relations and L&D related matters. You will be the first point of contact and provide accurate HR information and advice to employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Full employee life cycle knowledge
- End to end recruitment
- Learning and development
- Update and maintain HRIS
- HR Projects
- Guide on employee relations cases
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will posses the following:
- Educated to Degree level, ideally HR-related (desirable)
- Previous experience in a HR department in and preferably time spent in a highly confidential HR environment
- Strong computer literacy: proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS Outlook
- Previous experience of using an HR database, preferably Oracle based
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight timelines
- Methodical, accurate and organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
- Ownership of area of responsibility with the ability to resolve or escalate issues
- Able to work effectively and confidently with senior management teams
Job Offer
This is initially a temporary position with the view to going permanent.
- Office based working
- Hours of work: 9.00am - 6.00pm (1 hour for lunch)
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday
