Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are supporting a financial services firm to hire a HR Business Partner into their team. The successful HR Business Partner will support one of the largest client groups in the business and be responsible for all talent management, ER, Learning and Development and generalist support with some line management responsibility.
This role is a true partnering role, and you will need to demonstrate strong generalist skills and experience working in a HR BP role previously. Our client is open to industry background and would like to speak to any candidates who have strong people values and a desire to take a team from good to great.

Duties:

• You will coach and challenge senior leaders including the executive team
• Drive leadership and management capability
• Progress the D&I ambitions of the firm
• Lead on organisational change projects

You will work closely with the wider people team in this role and support the Head of People Partnering on projects and team development.
