Ashley Kate are working with our client based in Loughborough, seeking support until December 2022, potentially longer, in managing a number of Key HR projects.
Working with the wider HR team and reporting to the Head of HR, this individual will manage a number of key stakeholders, and support and lead in managing the projects and time scales.
Some key projects to get stuck into include leading in the up coming employee engagement survey, implementing, reviewing and action planning. In addition to this there will be a large global mobility project to lead on, providing review of process, research, introducing of new policy and management of the project. The post holder will also lead in a Reward and Pay project, looking at a salary benchmarking, researching pay and benefits across similar organisations, and implementing policies around pay and holiday.
To be considered we seek an experienced HR Project Manager, with a background in Reward, Compensation & benefits would be an advantage. The role offers the chance to lead in a number of key HR projects during a period of change. The role offers a hybrid approach to working, with some time required at the Loughborough location.
