A role has been created to work for a rapidly growing manufacturing business based South of Leeds. Supporting the HRD you will be responsible for all talent management including recruitment, writing job specs and contracts, on-boarding, training and supporting managers interviewing, partnering with all managers and senior heads of the business. In addition you will support other HR activities including carrying out general ER support.

Description

  • Managing circa 20 - 25 vacancies at a time
  • Managing all social media and advertising
  • Identifying and promoting the businesses EVP to sell to candidates
  • Working with local collages and schools to promote the businesses brand
  • Writing job specs
  • Interviewing and supporting managers with their interview technique
  • Offering candidates role and drafting contracts of employment
  • Drafting the employment contracts
  • Managing the on-boarding process
  • Supporting the HRD with other HR activities including back to work interviewing, talent mapping and Employee Well-being

Profile

  • Previous recruitment and talent management experience
  • Ideally with exposure to other areas of HR
