Working with the Senior Stakeholders you'll support with recruitment operations for experienced hires and emerging talent across the business in London and across the EMEA region.

Description
- You'll manage and develop your team ensuring key performance indicators are met to ensure optimal service delivery, through effective coaching and motivation
- Provide strategic insight and analysis, performance data and trend information to shape training and development for the team
- Perform data integrity and QA checks for your location
- Set and own team performance objectives
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Stakeholders
Profile
- Experience in the Recruitment Sector at a manager level
- Experience of being accountable for a large complex matrix account
- Experience working and developing relationships with Senior Stakeholders
- Experience working in the financial services, investment banking or tech sector
- Able to work on site alongside the client on a regular basis
