You will be joining a highly regarded school based in Summertown with around 5 - 600 employees ranging from administrators, grounds and maintenance staff and domestic staff.
The HR team work 4 days in the office during term time, with the opportunity for extensive hybrid working during school holidays.
In this role you be reporting to the Head of HR, working in collaboration with the wider team to provide generalist HR support including employee relations, absence management and HR operations. Predominantly you will provide everyday support to the school and comprehensive, value-added service to the wider staff network.
We are looking for someone who has experience within an HR Generalist position and has a strong understanding of issues relating to ER. Ideally you will be CIPD Level 3 or have several years' experience within this capacity. The Head of HR is looking for someone who wants to progress their HR career and is looking to take the next step.
